IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Brazilian law allows you to cancel free of charge up to seven days after booking. After this period, the canceled policy will be applied.

• We accept small pets without charging additional fees (01 pet per apartment), but in accordance with the signature of our rules and policies of conduct. More than one animal is looking for a fee of R$ 120.00 per animal.
