- The Pool Bar will be open from 11am to 8pm. Only drinks, alcoholic beverages and snacks served by the bar will be allowed.
- The towels provided by the pool will be for exclusive use in the pool area.
- Hotel parking is complimentary and with limited spaces. We are not responsible for vehicles parked outside the hotel area.
- Valuables left in the apartment and in the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the guest.
- The rooms are for the exclusive use of guests.
- In case of alteration or cancellation of the reservation, fine and additional fees may be charged, as well as difference in rates.
- Respecting the WHO regulation, the use of a mask is mandatory in common areas; Alcohol Gel will be available; out of respect for others, social distancing must be maintained
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises of the Hotel, Anti-Smoking Law 13,541 – March 07, 2009, Fine R$ 500.00 paid at check-out.
